To help you get the most out of your spa experience, Hotel Tirol offers two guided wellness programs designed to help you use the sauna and steam room properly, alternating between heat, cooling, and periods of rest. The Purify program is dedicated to purification and relaxation, promoting recovery and overall well-being. The Excite program, on the other hand, is designed to stimulate the body, boost vitality, and harness the combined benefits of the Finnish sauna and steam room.
