Reservation Terms and Conditions

Pets: Small pets are welcome (max 15 kg); the daily fee is €15.00 per night (food not included). They are not permitted in the restaurant or the wellness area. The owner is responsible for any damage to property and/or injury to persons.
Meals: Unused meals will not be refunded; however, you may request a packed lunch instead of a meal.
Packed Lunch: You can order a packed lunch for €11.00 per person
Late Check-In and Early Check-Out: In the event of a late check-in or early check-out, the room will be charged for the full reserved period in accordance with European regulations.
Reservations: To confirm your reservation, we require a deposit (not an advance payment) of 30% of the total amount, to be sent via bank transfer
Cancellations: The deposit will be retained for cancellations made up to 15 days before the scheduled arrival date. For cancellations made earlier than that, we will credit your deposit toward another stay at our hotel, to be used within 12 months.
Check-in – Check-out: Rooms are available starting at 2:00 p.m. on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure.
